Beverly Hills Chiropractor, Robert Griffin is a chiropractor with a post doctorate in orthopedics, appointed California Disability Evaluator in 1994 and CA Panel Qualified Medical Evaluator (in chiropractic and orthopedics) the same year. He continues in that capacity, at his Beverly Hills, Santa Barbra and Costa Mesa locations to this day.
Dr. Griffin maintains a small, private, warm traditional chiropractic practice in the heart of Beverly Hills were his traditional manual manipulative therapy approach is complimented by numerous adjunct physical therapy modalities. This combination has proved very successful in resolving the majority of neuromusculoskeletal complaints.
In certain specific traumatic spinal conditions resulting in chronically fibrosed, hypomobile spines that have remained unresponsive and failed traditional chiropractic manipulative therapy, physical therapy, medication, epidural injection and surgery; he performs Manipulation Under Anesthesia at the Beverly Hills Comprehensive Outpatient Surgery Center, restoring normal pain free function.
Over the past 23 years of practice, Diversified Manipulative Technique remains Dr. Griffin's most effective and favorite spinal and extremity manipulative technique resolving common nueromusculoskeletal injuries and their resultant pain patterns.
Physical therapy modalities are additionally utilized to: increase elasticity and extensibility, lysing of fibrotic scar tissue, decompressing inflamed nerves while opening vertebral segments, delivering oxygen and nutrient enriched blood to effected area while expressing physiologic lactic acids waste, promoting and increasing the healing process while reducing pain allowing for easier, more specific/effective chiropractic manipulations.
